Farm boy turned musician, Eric Burgett takes us to church with album title track, “Hey Maker”

Eric Burgett is an Illinois farm kid who has become an accomplished piano player in the country music scene, gaining more than 11 million streams. He recently released his new EP, Hey Maker.

He spoke with RFD-TV’s own Tammi Arender about his farming background on his family farm, his transition into the music industry, and how his rural roots shaped his sound for his music.

He also stuck around to perform “Hey Maker.”
