Like most of the women FarmHER profiles, Ashley Bandoni wears many hats. During the day, she works as a sales representative for Syngenta, serving customers in the territory near her home in Atwater, California. But she also farms with her husband Mario on his family’s sixth-generation almond farm.
A woman of vision with a “can-do” spirit, Bandoni pursues her hobbies of riding and woodworking with the same focus that has brought her success in her career.
