INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (RFD News) — National FFA Secretary Lilly Nyland of Michigan is sharing how she found her place through agriculture and FFA. Nyland joined us on Monday’s Market Day Report to discuss her journey and what she is looking forward to at the National FFA Convention.
In her conversation with RFD News, Nyland said FFA gave her a place in agriculture and taught her the importance of service. She also reflected on how her supervised agricultural experience at a poultry operation shaped her appreciation for the industry.
Looking ahead to convention, Nyland says she hopes members leave feeling celebrated and empowered.
