The opportunity to travel across the country is part of the business for this Kansas FFA Member. His lifelong experience with his family’s custom harvest company turned into a placement supervised agriculture experience program down the road.
This video highlights Cole Riggin a Riverton, Kansas FFA member and a finalist for FFA’s 2019 American Star in Agriculture Award. According to Cole, “Custom harvesters cut the crop that feeds the world and a lot of young people don’t want to take on that responsibility. So, I feel its my responsibility to fill that void.”
