The Mustang Heritage Foundation Spectacular wrapped up over the weekend in Franklin, Tennessee.
The four-day event featured more than a hundred mustangs and trainers from across the country. One of the classes was the Extreme Mustang Makeover, which is a competition where the rider has only had 100 days to work with the animal, showing off the trainability and versatility of the mustangs.
Another highlight of the weekend was getting to hear Allie Colleen sing the National Anthem on the back of one of the mustangs.
The winner of the Extreme Mustang Makeover was Mandy Duncan of Cleburne, Texas. The Mustang Heritage Foundation helps find forever homes for the thousands of horses and burros being held in BLM holding pens. For more information, click HERE.
