Funding, SNAP, and Compromises: National Council of Farmer Cooperatives weighs in on Farm Bill status

It has been one month since the 2018 Farm Bill expired and a new version has yet to see floor time in Congress. While work continues behind the scenes, there are still big differences on how to fund this year’s record-setting legislation.

President and CEO of the National Council of Farmer Cooperatives, Chuck Conner spoke with RFD-TV News about Farm Bill funding, changes to SNAP, and possible future hurdles.
