Good Signs for 2023: Ag Barometer jumped 24 points

Producer sentiment improved sharply in December, as the Ag Economy Barometer Index reading jumped 24 points higher than a month earlier.
The rebound was driven by farmer perception of the current financial conditions on their operations.

Purdue University Professor of Ag Economics, Dr. Jim Mintert spoke with RFD-TV’s own Suzanne Alexander on the higher readings, farmland values, and how the future looks for the sector.
