MINOCQUA, Wis. (Major League Fishing) — Check out some of the RFD-TV Now livestream highlights from Elimination Match 2 of Knighten Industries Heritage Cup Presented by Bass Boat Technologies, the second of four events in the second year of the Fishing Clash Team Series.
Ott DeFoe and Andy Montgomery of Team BUBBA left no doubt about who would finish atop SCORETRACKER®, as they took an early lead and continued to extend it until lines out. The defending Heritage Cup champs totaled 56 pounds, 1 ounce on 38 scorable bass. Meanwhile, tensions were high along the elimination line, but Drew Gill and Marshall Robinson of Team StarTron prevailed with 41-7 on 23 scorable bass.
Team Knighten Industries (Matt Becker and Spencer Shuffield) narrowly missed the cut with their 39-3 on 26 scorable bass, while Team Kubota (Cole Floyd and Nick Hatfield) put up a good fight, finishing with 20-11 on 15 scorable bass.
