Senator John Thune of South Dakota has introduced legislation to permanently repeal the “death tax.”
It is a welcome effort for farm and ranch families looking to pass the business down to future generations.

President of the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association, Todd Wilkinson spoke with RFD-TV’s own Tammi Arender on what the bill entails, why it is important to the cattle industry, and how the death tax places a burden on the next generation of producers.
