Interest Rate Impact: Expectations for the farmland market

Using land as a hedge to market uncertainty is carrying more and more weight and the Fed’s approach to interest rate hikes in their fight to reduce inflation has many speculating over the impact to land values moving into 2023.

RFD-TV’s Tammi Arender spoke with Jason Burbage of National Land Realty to learn more about the approach to raise interest rates, the Silicon Valley Bank failure, and advice for farmers looking to navigate the market.
