Jennie-O Turkey donated 8,800 N95 masks to help healthcare workers on the front lines in Central Minnesota this week.

“Carris Health, along with other healthcare facilities across the nation, have been conserving personal protective equipment, to make our supplies last longer, as we prepare for a potential surge of seriously ill patients,” CarrisHealth and CentraCare delivery manager Eric Eveslage said. “The generous donation from Jennie-O Turkey Store goes a long way in helping us keep our work force and our patients safe.”

Jennie-O President Steve Lykken said the company was honored to provide the masks to the Carris Health team and noted the critical role that both food industry workers and healthcare workers had a critical role in keeping society thriving.

The masks will go all over Central part of the state.
