Makes about 3 quarts
Ingredients:
- One 4lb corned beef
- 1 tablespoon of onion powder
- 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
- Cayenne pepper to taste
Instruction:
Place the corned beef in a large pot and cover with water.
Stir in the seasonings, cover, bring to a boil, and continue to boil for 1 1/2 hours.
Remove the corned beef from the stock. Use the stock to cook beans in.
