We have another amazing recipe from Mr. Justin Wilson!
Serves 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 4 cups flaked cook fish filets (leftover fish is best)
- 3 large hard-boiled eggs (chopped)
- 2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, as you like it
- Creole mustard to taste
- Louisiana hot sauce or cayenne pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup of chopped onions
- 1/2 cup of dill relish, drained
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
Put all the ingredients in a good processor and process until almost smooth.
Serve over lettuce.
