Justin Wilson Eazy Cookin': Fish Salad

We have another amazing recipe from Mr. Justin Wilson!

Serves 4-6 servings


  • 4 cups flaked cook fish filets (leftover fish is best)
  • 3 large hard-boiled eggs (chopped)
  • 2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, as you like it
  • Creole mustard to taste
  • Louisiana hot sauce or cayenne pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup of chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup of dill relish, drained
  • Salt to taste


Put all the ingredients in a good processor and process until almost smooth.

Serve over lettuce.
