Serves 6-8 people
Ingredients:
- 1 6-8 lb red snapper
- 3 sticks of butter
- Juice from two lemons
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of hot sauce
Instructions:
Place red snapper in greased pan. Broil for 15-25 minutes.
Heat the butter, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, salt, and hot sauce in a ban. Bring it to a boil.
Pour over the fish when served.
