Serves 4-6 people
Ingredients:
- 5 cups of peeled and cut-up Irish potatoes
- Onion powder to taste
- Garlic powder to taste
- Cayenne pepper to taste
- 2 cups of grated cheddar cheese
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Boil the potatoes in water to cover, seasoned with onion and garlic powders and cayenne pepper, in a medium-sized pot until tender. Drain and mash the potatoes.
Place the potatoes in an oiled casserole dish and cover with the cheese. Bake, uncovered for 30 minutes.
