Legendary actor Craig T. Nelson joins us to talk about his upcoming film “Green and Gold”

Nelson plays a dairy farmer who bets his operation on a Green Bay Packers game

There is something about the phrase “betting the family farm” that conjures up images of rural America and the lifestyle so many have chosen. It is literally the topic of a major motion picture, soon to be released on streaming platforms.

“Green and Gold” stars legendary actor Craig T. Nelson as a Wisconsin dairy farmer named “Buck,” who bets on the Green Bay Packers to save his farm.

He joined RFD-TV’s Suzanne Alexander to talk about his rural roots, Buck’s character development and dedication to sustain a legacy, the hardships dairy farmers have to endure, and what viewers can expect from the film.
