With ongoing drought affecting many key ag production areas across the U.S., Canada is stepping up its processed vegetable harvest. Here is more on how the crop is looking.

In Canada, nearly all fifteen processed vegetable crops are found in southwestern Ontario, and Keith Robbins, the General Manager of the province’s Vegetable Growers Association, says that this year’s harvest is looking good overall.
