Lookin’ Back: The Legacy of Justin Wilson

Yesterday was the birthday of the late Justin Wilson, an American icon of Cajun cooking.

Known for his funny stories and cooking demonstrations, he always had a way of making viewers feel like family, and you can still catch his show Justin Wilson’s Easy Cooking’ every Saturday at 4:30 PM ET on RFD-TV.

The CEO of Justin Wilson Southern Products, Ken Conn spoke with RFD-TV’s own Janet Adkison on the legacy of Mr. Wilson, his products, and even shares a special recipe.
