Melodies For Minds: Country artists and influencers gather under one roof to support brain and mental health

Recently, country music artists and TV personalities gathered to support one mission: it is okay to not be okay.

“Embracing mental health is not a weakness; it’s a courageous journey towards strength and well-being,” says Wahler. “It’s an honor to host this event and support those who are struggling in the state of Tennessee.”

The Change Your Brain Foundation, founded by Dr. Daniel Amens, collaborated with The Refuge Center for Counseling, to present Melodies for Minds. Jason Wahler, TV personality seen on many shows, serves as the Director of Development for the Change Your Brain Foundation, and he hosted the event in Nashville, Tennessee.

Our Digital Team attended the event and had the chance to talk with those in attendance about what the event means to them and why mental health needs awareness.
