Mississippi River backlogs continue causing concern across the Corn Belt with delays adding to export costs and reducing confidence among buyers. Depth restrictions no greater than 9 feet have now been instituted on the lower Mississippi.
Kentucky farmer and Soy Transportation Council Chairman, Jonathan Miller spoke with RFD-TV’s own Suzanne Alexander about where we currently stand, its importance to agricultural exports, and if there is anything that can be done to help alleviate the situation.
