NCBA applauds the “Protect Farmers From the SEC Act”

Beef producers are supporting the Senate version of the “Protect Farmers From the SEC Act” which aims to prevent additional government red tape for agriculture, ensuring regulators do not overstep their jurisdiction.

National Cattlemen’s Beef Association’s Mary-Thomas Hart spoke with RFD-TV’s own Tammi Arender about some background on the bill, how the SEC’s proposed climate disclosure rule would affect cattle producers, and the next steps for the legislation.
