NFL legend, Terry Bradshaw has sold his 744-acre ranch in Oklahoma

NFL Hall of Famer and sports analyst, Terry Bradshaw has sold his 744-acre Thackerville, Oklahoma ranch. The property sits just outside of Dallas-Fort Worth and was listed at $22.5 million dollars, however, the final sale price was not disclosed.

Icon Global Group was the firm handling the deal.

The property overlooks the Red River and has an 8,600-square-foot home, fishing lakes, stables, and equine facilities.

Red River Equine bought the ranch and plans on redeveloping it into a large-scale breeding, training, and sales facility.
“This is important to our clientele and to the expansion requirements of our business. The large size of the ranch with its already established infrastructure and first-class facilities of the long-standing Bradshaw operation was a perfect platform from which to not only launch our operation but importantly to build upon, improve, and diversify,” Red River Equine owner Chad Beus stated.

The Bradshaws did not want to sell until they found the perfect opportunity. They are now moving to Texas for a smaller operation.
