NPPC weighs in on the Supreme Court challenging Prop-12

The Supreme Court has decided it will take up a challenge to California’s controversial Prop-12. The voter-approved law is currently on hold, while a lower court requires the state ag department to publish final rules which are long overdue.

President of the National Pork Producers Council, Terry Wolters spoke with RFD-TV’s own Suzanne Alexander on what Prop-12 requires, how it will impact producers nationwide, and why the appeal has taken so long.
