Preventing Entrapment: Nationwide awarded grain rescue tubes and training to 60 different fire departments

Last year, there were at least 42 grain entrapments across rural America, which resulted in fifteen fatalities, the highest number in more than a decade.
To help prevent these accidents, Nationwide has awarded grain rescue tubes and training to 60 fire departments.

Risk Management Leader, Laramie Sandquist spoke with RFD-TV’s own Tammi Arender on their campaign’s objective, the success they have seen, and why addressing grain entrapments is so important.
