Marking a milestone for the future of farming, the National FFA organization announces a record high student membership of more than 760,000 members for 2020.
CEO Mark Poeschl speaks with RFD-TV’s own John Jenkinson on what this achievement means for the organization and what it means for the future of the ag industry. “What this record membership indicates is that there is a tremendous interest in food and agriculture by people all walks of life and certainly all segments of the country,” he states. “As we’re able to attract more young people to agricultural education and FFA, it gives us an opportunity to truly influence the next generation of leaders that will have a role in creating more sustainable agriculture and truly changing the world.”
