RanchHER Renee Strickland (FarmHER Season 1, Episode 4)

FarmHER, Inc.

Meet RanchHER Renee Strickland of Strickland Ranch and Exporting. Headquartered in Myakka City, Florida, Strickland and her husband export cattle around the world, including opening markets in areas with strained U.S. relations.

“I’m in the middle of shipments to Pakistan, Panama, and possibly Peru, so the stress certainly doesn’t end,” says Strickland. That kind of stress sends her off to the polo grounds to compete in a game she loves.

Renee used her love of ranching to start a livestock exporting business nearly 10 years ago. Through her business, she works with countries around the world to ship high-quality live animals such as cattle, sheep, or goats to other countries looking to expand and improve their food production.
