Restraining order issued against USDA to stop black farmers loan forgiveness

Breaking News:

A federal judge issued a restraining order against Ag Secretary Tom Vilsack, preventing USDA from forgiving their loans to black farmers.

This ruling is in effect until the court decides on a request for an injunction.

Farmers in several states and the Texas Ag Commissioner sued the Biden administration saying the plan discriminates against white farmers. Those loan payments were supposed to begin rolling out this month.
