RFD-TV’s Announces its Fall Lineup of Season Premieres

(NASHVILLE, TENN. — August 1, 2017) RFD-TV, cable television’s only network dedicated to agribusiness and rural Americans, recently announced a new lineup of premieres and returning seasons beginning in late August. The new schedule boasts popular country music series, equine training, tractor pulling, comedy, and more. Returning series include the RFD-TV original production of FarmHer alongside the popular celeb-studded music series’ “Hee Haw,” The Jimmy Sturr Show, “and “Country’s Family Reunion.” Equine enthusiasts will love the return of the ever-popular Gentle Giants. Ag viewers are going to be all in on the new season of Successful Farming. Plus, Mark Miller’s daughter (of Sawyer Brown) launches a second season of “Chasing Down Madison Brown.”

“RFD-TV has never had this many shows premiere in the fall at one time. NTPA Championship Pulling
Premieres Tuesday, August 22, 2017, at 6:30 p.m. ET (encore Mondays at 12:30 a.m. and 6 a.m. ET)
Follow the live action as extreme machines claw the turf with some of the top pulling drivers in the world at the National Tractor Pullers Association events across the U.S. From farm tractors, to hot rods, and Modifieds, it a horsepower fueled half hour of tractor pulling.

Horse Master with Julie Goodnight
Premieres Monday, August 28, 2017 at 2 p.m. ET (encore Mondays at 10 p.m. ET and Sundays at 8 a.m. ET)
2017 marks the 10th year on the air for “Horse Master with Julie Goodnight.” This season, the “horse master” is back with more tips and tricks that highlight Goodnight’s training as a classical rider and an easy-to-understand teacher. Goodnight uses her seasoned equine skills to solve a variety of challenges including helping a roper shave seconds off his time, assisting a Western Dressage rider to boost her scores, easing a fearful rider, teaching manners to a Shetland Pony, and helping a deaf polo pony learn hand signals.

America’s Heartland

The Jimmy Sturr Show

The internationally-known “King of Polka” and 18 time Grammy award winner for “Best Polka Album” kicks off a new season of episodes for polka lovers across the country. Arguably the most popular polka band in America, Jimmy Sturr and his orchestra have been voted #1 polka band in the country for the past ten years, have been featured on the TV show “Jeopardy,” and performed on The Grand Ole Opry.
