Today, RFD-TV and the “Rural Evening News” lost a cherished member of its team.
Carlos Johnson, the producer of this program, passed away after a struggle with cancer. Carlos was a beloved part of the RFD-TV family, a source of continuous good cheer, one of the hardest working and most talented people we know, who never uttered a foul or angry word. Even as he suffered,
he only wanted to talk about getting back to work, and making preparations for his favorite production, the Tournament of Roses Parade.
We extend our heartfelt condolences to Carlos’ family.
Carlos Johnson was 52 years old.
