SCOTUS is hearing a case that will address where challenges to small refinery exemptions can be brought

The Supreme Court will address where challenges to small refinery exemptions can be brought. Right now, they can only be heard in Washington DC, and while the ruling will have an impact on the biofuel industry, it could also have ripple effects.

Roger McEowen with the Washburn School of Law spoke with RFD-TV’s Tammi Arender about some highlights from the case, how ruling in favor of the EPA will impact producers, and what the timeline will be.
