From raising children and cattle, to industry challenges, one rancher would not have it any other way. The Arkansas Farm Bureau introduces us to Larry Blasdel Jr. and life on his farm.
Blasdel raises about 130 head of cattle, mostly black Angus. He grew up and working on his father’s farm, but at 19, he decided to get his own. He now runs his operation with the help of his father and his son. His daughter is handicapped but she enjoys checking cattle as well.
