Soy Transportation Coalition has solutions to repair rural infrastructure

Many of the rural bridges farmers depend on to transport products are currently classified as “deficient”. The Soy Transportation Coalition is now outlining cost-effective solutions for repairing rural infrastructure.

STC Executive Director, Mike Steenhoek speaks with RFD-TV’s Janet Adkison on their latest data, their findings, and their long-term goals.

According to Steenhoek, “One of the realities facing rural America and our rural bridges is that, our assessment is that there will never be enough funding from federal, state, and local governments to solve this problem...”
