Meet a 4-H Tech Changemaker Who Advocates for the Digital Divide in her Community

The National 4-H council recently announced its Tech Changemakers for 2022.

The program equips teens to empower their communities through digital skills. Caroline Slama is one of five teens selected as an ambassador and she recently spoke with RFD-TV’s Suzanne Alexander about how the program works, how her community has been affected by the digital divide, and how she’s advocating for access for everyone.
