“Sportsman’s Paradise” in Colorado hits market for $17 million

The Red Barn, a 37-acre equestrian estate in Colorado, has just hit the market. It is listed at an impressive $16.99 million dollars.

The Carbondale property includes both indoor and outdoor arenas for equestrian activities and a 41-stall barn. According to the listing, which is being handled by The Agency, it is an “extraordinary sportsman’s paradise.”

The residence itself only has three beds with three and a half baths, and it is just over 3,000-sqft.
