The Supreme Court has decided it will take up a challenge to California’s controversial Prop-12.
The voter-approved law is currently on hold, while a lower court requires the state ag department to publish final rules, which are long overdue.
AFBF Senior Counsel for Public Policy, Travis Cushman spoke with RFD-TV’s own Suzanne Alexander on the regulations of Prop-12, AFBF’s stance on the proposal, and what to expect moving forward.
