The National 4-H Council recently announced its Tech-Changemakers for 2022. The program equips teens to empower their communities through digital skills.
Abigail Liguori from Frankfort, Kentucky is one of five teens selected as an ambassador, and she spoke with RFD-TV’s own Suzanne Alexander about the program, how her community is impacted by the digital divide, and how more people can get involved.
