Owners of Harrell Ranch in Tulsa, Oklahoma have broken a record with one of their Texas longhorns.
Kent and Sandy Harrell have been raising longhorns for over four decades. They recently took their cow HR Rosette at the Legends Longhorn Auction back in September. Her horns measured in at 100 inches tip to tip.
The five-year-old cow went for $700,000 dollars!
The Harrells stated that they will put the cash back into the ranch to help offset inflation, rising property taxes, and the issues brought on by extreme weather, HPPR reported.
