The University of Idaho is setting out to build the nation’s largest research dairy.
With efforts to support the growth of the industry, the college has plans to be a leader in water usage and environmental challenges. The Board is expected to vote next month on whether to buy the farmland. If approved, the college expects the dairy and farm to be fully operational by 2026.
