HBO’s miniseries ‘Band of Brothers’ is returning with a follow-up series called ‘Masters of the Air’ which will air on Apple’s new streaming platform in March.
Once again Tom Hanks and Steven Spielberg will be the executive producers on the show.
According to Variety, ‘Masters of the Air’ is said to follow the true, deeply personal story of the American bomber boys in World War II who brought the war to Hitler’s doorstep.
‘Masters of the Air’ is classified as a “mini-drama” and was the first series approved to go on Apple’s new service.
‘Band of Brothers’ originally aired in 2001.
