There has been new movement when it comes to cell-cultured meat regulations. Legislation in Nebraska is aiming to ban the production and sale of lab-grown meat, and in South Dakota, a bill has advanced that would increase labeling requirements.
Beth Rumley with the National Agricultural Law Center spoke with RFD-TV’s own Suzanne Alexander on a timeline to see these laws enacted, next steps for Nebraska and South Dakota, and actions on the federal level.
