U.S. cattle producers oppose opening borders to Paraguayan beef for several reasons

The U.S. Cattlemen’s Association is pushing back against a proposal by USDA’s APHIS to allow the importation of fresh beef from Paraguay, citing the need to protect the health of the domestic cattle herd.

Executive Vice President, Lia Biondo spoke with RFD-TV’s own Tammi Arender on their main concerns, the financial risks, and where we go from here.
