The President is initiating a second dispute panel about our Northern neighbor’s continued refusal to meet dairy trade obligations. Canada refuses to fix its trade agreement violations including key stakeholders and poor regulatory practices when it comes to tariff-rate quotas.
U.S. dairy leaders say Canada’s actions must have consequences and that they appreciate the government’s bipartisan effort to hold them accountable.
