Session 4 kicked off early this Halloween in Indianapolis.

National FFA Secretary Luke Jennings gave his retiring address.

Luke comes from Ohio and is a member of the Felicity Franklin FFA chapter. He was the Ohio FFA State Vice President At-Large from 2022-2023 and was the state FFA President from 2023-2024.
