Building culinary experiences from the ground up... literally! That is the goal of an Idaho chef who appreciates farm fresh ingredients.

Idaho Preferred and the state’s Department of Agriculture show us the farm to chef connection at Kin Restaurant and Fiddler’s Green Farm.
