Water buffalo are native to Asia - so what are they doing on a farm in Salisbury, North Carolina?
They’re there to provide milk for traditional Italian buffala mozzarella cheese and super creamy gelato for Fading D Farms.
They were also apparently in a mood to horse around with host Chip Carter, who met one of these amazing creatures for the very first time the morning we filmed this episode: “Where The (Water) Buffalo Roam”
This scene came about midday, while Chip was trying to record the opening to the show. His friends were not too cooperative, as you’ll see.
