A woman born in 1915 bagged a buck her first buck on her first-ever hunt in Wisconsin.

According to NBC15, 104-year-old Florence Phillips was out with her son Bill when he pointed out the buck 30 yards away. All Florence did was smile and nod at her son before firing.

Bill told NBC15 his mother was elated when she realized what she had just accomplished. He said she was exclaiming “I got a buck! I got a buck!”

If you were born prior to 1973 in Wisconsin you are not required to take hunter’s safety before going out to the blind. Florence made the cut by almost 60 years.

You can see photos of her with her buck here.
