61% of farmers experience more stress and mental health challenges, according to recent poll

On-going economic conditions continue to weigh on farm families, with the associated chronic stress also impacting mental well-being.
Efforts are currently underway to increase access to mental health services for rural residents.

Joy Kirkpatrick with the University of Wisconsin-Madison spoke with RFD-TV’s own Tammi Arender on factors on farmers’ mental health, warning signs, and what loved ones can do to help.
