A Thank You for believing in the future of agriculture!

Each year, Ag Teacher Appreciation Day recognizes and celebrates the teachers for their support in the future of agriculture! The thousands of ag educators who work hard to ensure students in both rural and urban areas understand the value of agriculture.

Today in light of National FFA Week, members are giving special kudos to their Advisors, including FFA Southern Region Vice President Mackenna Clifton.

“Ultimately because of the time, talent, and resources that Mr. Chester invested on Day 1. That’s what encouraged me to step into that agriculture classroom.”

Additionally, she is very grateful for him and all the Ag teachers as we think about them today.

In total, there are more than 13,000 FFA Advisors and agriculture teachers who deliver an integrated model of agricultural education, providing students with innovative and leading-edge education and enabling them to grow into competent leaders.
