“A Win For Industry": DOT unveils new pro-trucker policies that include speed limiter mandate withdrawal

The Department of Transportation has unveiled a pro-trucker package of policies, which includes the withdrawal of a proposed speed limiter mandate.

It is a move many are calling a big win for the industry.

Lewie Pugh, with the Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association, spoke with RFD-TV’s Tammi Arender about the impact this would have on the industry, parking capacity, and the big takeaways for the ag industry.
