Ag industry advocates gathered yesterday in Nashville for the 20th annual Ag and Food HR Roundtable where their focus was on recruitment in the ag and food industries.

RFD-TV’s Janet Adkison was there and spoke with leaders about why recruiting talent is so important right now.
